Loading Bikes
Bikes will be loaded Saturday morning July 20th starting at 8:30 AM before departure at 10:00 AM.
As a courtesy to our staff, please remove your pedals before having your bike loaded on the trucks. This will save space for other bikes. We will have pedal wrenches available if needed. We recommend bringing a zip lock bag to store them in during the bus rides.
Individuals flying or driving a long distance can ship their bicycle to 8110 Goodman Dr. Urbandale, IA 50322 via UPS or FedEx. We will store your bike, and get it loaded on the trucks. You will be able to make accommodations in the final town to ship your bike home via Send My Bike or Race Day Transport.
Rider Confirmation
Once your liability waiver, application, and form of payment have been received you will receive an email confirmation to let you know you are all set, and will be joining Central Iowa Charters for the ride! We ask that once you receive your wristband number you email that over to us at your earliest convenience.
Departure and Return
Starting Departure Date and Time: July 20, 2024 at 10:00 AM in the Super Target parking lot in Ankeny, IA – 2135 SE Delaware Ave. There will be room for parking your vehicle all week if needed.
Return Departure Date and Time: July 27, 2024 at 2:30 PM in the final town. Due to traffic in the final town every year this time is strict. As a courtesy to all the other riders and staff on the team please allow for plenty of time to get to the final town. Our meet up spot will be announced at a later date once we meet with the town coordinators. If you are going to have an issue getting to the final town on time please contact Justin Eastman or Jake Simons.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happen or things come up unexpectedly. If you need to cancel before June 1st a full refund will be granted with a $25 standard processing fee. There will be no refund issued after June 1st. Email us at cicragbrai@gmail.com to cancel your reservation.
